If I could give this car wash and gas station less stars I would. Clearly we need a over haul in management. Because I sat there and watched their stupid mechanical arm circle me blowing nothing but wasted currency at me.

It used to be great when you could have a monthly subscription. I understand people weren’t following the rules but for those who did it’s annoying and unfair. It’s so hard to find an automated touchless car wash. And I’m not going to pay $22-$26 for what I used to get unlimited a month for $30. I’ll just go to those spray gun car washes instead. If they reinstate their monthly (it could be inside the store with ID or whatever, doesn’t have to be everwash) I’ll be back but until then I’m not coming back to this place. Not to mention that time it broke down for like 3 weeks and I still paid my monthly subscription because I was happy to wait until it was fixed.

I have a vehicle that recommends touchless wash. Usually i just wash at home but decided to give it shot. Paid for top tier car wash “diamond wash”. $16 Wanted the best of the best.(4-24-24) Dryer shut off before timer was completed and car Was left mostly wet. Not huge deal and wasn’t upset. Went inside to speak to clerk “Gabriel” to see if we can turn on dryer to finish drying car. Man Gabriel was rude didn’t care at all I Asked if they could restart the wash said “no”. Like I was supposed to accept that. I asked who do I contact for a bad wash? Gabriel handed me a flyer and told me to call “ever wash”. “Ever wash” is a third party membership program and only speak to members. They were nice but couldn’t help me and I understand. So Paid for another wash $8 to finish my dry. Honestly Worst car wash experience ever. All I wanted was a complete wash and dry.
